Kacper founded Revitalise Urban Spa in 2023 with a vision of creating a recovery space that combines premium facilities with an accessible, welcoming atmosphere. Passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing, he wanted to bridge the gap between expensive, exclusive wellness venues and basic sauna facilities, making high-quality recovery available to more people.
His journey began after years of exploring different disciplines within fitness, recovery and wellness. During a sauna session in Hackney, the idea for Revitalise Urban Spa was born – a space where people could experience the physical and mental benefits of sauna and cold-water therapy without the gimmicks or inflated price tag.
Today, Kacper remains hands-on in every aspect of the business, from shaping the customer experience and selecting equipment to building partnerships and growing the community around the spa. His philosophy is simple: create a space he would genuinely want to use himself – one centred around quality, authenticity and real results.

For Kacper, sauna and cold-water therapy are about far more than relaxation. They are tools for building resilience, improving recovery, supporting mental clarity and creating space to disconnect from the demands of everyday life.
